QUALITY IS A FUNDAMENTAL AND INTRINSIC PART OF ALL ZETAESSE PRODUCTS

In line with this philosophy, since 1996 the company has had a BSI-certified Quality Management System in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards.

The company guarantees high standards of quality through a series of inspections performed on finished products, and the raw materials purchased only from certified suppliers.

Zetaesse performs tests in its in-house laboratory to determine the chemical-physical properties of various plastic products. These tests include: Melt Flow Rate, IR spectroscopy, tests on the tensile strength and compression, density and dimensional inspections. The laboratories of the parent company Feinrohren S.p.a. are also used for mechanical, qualitative and dimensional tests.

All of our pipes are certified by acknowledged European certification institutes like Aenor, Afnor, DVGW, IGQ, Kitemark, Kiwa and Ral.

In 2016 the company developed and certified two new cross-linked polyethylene foams that comply with the requirements of the UNI EN 13501 standard. The two new products are classified in Fire Reaction Classes B-s2-d0 and B-s3-d0.
